The Wave is a striking 2026 silver coin from CIT, inspired by Katsushika Hokusai's world-famous Japanese artwork The Great Wave off Kanagawa. Issued by the Cook Islands, the coin is struck from 1 oz of .9999 fine silver and limited to only 999 pieces worldwide.

The deep Obsidian Black surface creates a dramatic contrast with the detailed wave design. CIT's innovative Nanoshine effect interacts with the light across the curved surfaces, adding movement and depth to this modern interpretation of Hokusai's iconic wave.
