Terms and Conditions

1. The authenticity of the coins sold by us is guaranteed, unless otherwise indicated with terms such as "token" or "counterfeit".

2. We accept payments via iDEAL, bank transfer (payment due within 3 business days), and PayPal (PayPal fee: +3%).

3. Orders will be shipped to the address provided by you after receipt of payment. Please note: You are responsible for entering the correct address. We are not liable if you provide an incorrect shipping address.

4. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Our coins are (partially) made of precious metals such as gold and silver, or have a collectible value. Their prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial markets. Therefore, the standard 14-day reflection period (right of withdrawal) does not apply to these products. This exception is established by law (including article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code).

Of course, you are still entitled to a properly functioning product. If your item arrives with a damaged package or another defect in the coin itself, please contact us immediately. Together we will look for a suitable solution, such as replacement or repair, if possible.

6. We ship our products via POSTNL, DHL, DPD, or another courier service. Your package will always include a track & trace code. Orders over €40 will only be shipped by registered and insured mail.

7. If a coin is labeled as UNC, this stands for uncirculated. This means the coin has not been in general circulation, but may still have minor scratches or fingerprints caused by falling into the bin after minting or handling by mint staff.

8. It is possible that the actual stock does not match the stock indicated in the webshop (due to sales outside the webshop). No rights can be derived from such discrepancies. We will contact you if a product is out of stock.

9. If you order 3 or more pieces of the same product, we consider you a reseller. In such cases, please contact us via email. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your order.
